TeamQuest Foundation is an Iowa nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) (3). The purposes for which the corporation is organized are exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making and distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue law.
The TeamQuest Foundation exists to provide our communities with STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) resources to inspire the next generation of leaders.
TeamQuest Foundation originated with the efforts of TeamQuest Corporation, which today is a HelpSystems Company. The Foundation was established by TeamQuest employees and funded by the company as well as private donations to serve organizations and individuals in North Iowa.
