This full-day session presents strategies for troubleshooting some common but hard to pin down performance issues using TeamQuest View and TeamQuest IT Service Analyzer. Students will learn how to use TeamQuest tools to conduct deep investigative analyses on several different platforms to solve complex troubleshooting scenarios. After a brief overview of products the majority of class time will be spent in an interactive hands-on environment where students will be challenged to identify the source of some of those pesky performance issues.

This session covers how to use TeamQuest Model to its full potential to accurately predict the required resources for particular circumstances. This class provides students with hands-on experience modeling some of the more complex scenarios that TeamQuest Model can handle. After completing this class, participants will be equipped to set up advanced prediction scenarios and interpret the modeled results.
