This full-day session presents strategies for troubleshooting some common but hard to pin down performance issues using TeamQuest View and TeamQuest IT Service Analyzer. Students will learn how to use TeamQuest tools to conduct deep investigative analyses on several different platforms to solve complex troubleshooting scenarios. After a brief overview of products the majority of class time will be spent in an interactive hands-on environment where students will be challenged to identify the source of some of those pesky performance issues. |
