Hotel Highlights

Hotel Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is 4 p.m. Guests arriving before 4 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early and for guests attending functions on departure day. Check-out is 11 a.m. If you will need a late check-out time please let the front desk know as soon as possible.

At check-in, the front desk will ask you for a credit card. You will only be charged for any extra nights' stay, room upgrades, and incidentals, which will be listed on your statement at check-out.

Transportation

The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is approximately 13 miles from the SouthWest Florida International Airport.

The TeamQuest Shuttle, provide by LP Transportation, costs $20 per person one-way. You must reserve your spot on the shuttle 12 hours or more ahead of time.

To book a reservation call 239 948 8002 and request the TeamQuest Shuttle. The shuttle will run from April 20 - 27 and will go directly to the Hyatt and airport.

Suggested Attire

All TTS activities, including sessions, are business casual. Be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater because temperatures in meeting rooms may vary and some events will be held outside.

Badges

Attendees and registered guests must wear badges to all TTS sessions and functions, including meals and entertainment night. No one is allowed access to any of the TTS functions without a badge.

Meals

Sunday's Welcome Reception is provided for TTS attendees and registered guests.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are provided Monday and Tuesday for TTS attendees and registered guests.

Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided Wednesday and Thursday for attendees registered for training.

If you prefer vegetarian or kosher meals, simply indicate your preference on your TTS registration form.
