Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, we appreciate your notice as soon as possible so that your seat can be offered to those waiting, but not later than April 20th..

Any cancellations received after this date will be charged per below:
Cancellation after April 20: 100% of registration fee and additional hotel costs.
