Mr. Hesser brings to TeamQuest more than 25 years of management experience in the technology industry, which includes leading innovation and process improvements at IBM Global Services, successfully leading organizations focused on high availability and business intelligence solutions, and most recently leading the strategy and product delivery for a large international technology company.

Anderson has developed and advanced financial performance and business strategies across a diverse set of industries and operating models for over 15 years. He brings a celebrated background in financial forecasting, long-range planning, capital management, and M&A to the company. Anderson earned both an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Colorado and also holds a CFA charter.


Bill Andruss


Andruss brings more than 25 years of experience leading teams to develop new and emerging enterprise software products, which includes managing remote and cross-cultural teams working on predictive analytics and Big Data initiatives at EMC. At TeamQuest, Andruss is responsible for providing leadership, strategy, development and management of all engineering and technical support activities.

Kris Luhrsen


Luhrsen brings more than 25 years of sales and development experience in the cloud, virtualization and networking industry to TeamQuest. He recently served as Senior Director of Sales at VMware where he developed and led a multilayered sales organization. Luhrsen is responsible for customer acquisition and the global, direct, and partner go-to-market strategies.

King leads TeamQuest international operations, providing strategic and operational direction to grow market share. King draws from his extensive background in intercultural business to formulate and execute programs in support of the TeamQuest brand. Prior to joining TeamQuest, King was successful in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, as well as growing business partnerships. Prior positions include CEO of Lavasoft and VP of Business Development EMEA at CSOFT International.

Dino Balafas

Dino Balafas

Vice President of MARKETING

Balafas is responsible for market strategy and adapting TeamQuest’s product and service offerings to the evolving needs of IT operations management. He brings more than 20 years of experience in developing new products and capabilities with strong market adoption. Prior positions include serving as Vice President of Products and Services for the Datacard Group, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Instrumental and Sr. Director of Global Field Marketing at QLogic.


Kathleen Koranda


As a member of the executive team, Koranda establishes global direction for corporate human resources operations, staffing and recruiting, EEO/workforce planning, diversity, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development. Koranda joined TeamQuest in 1999.
