With more than 30 years of software and management experience, Ruble’s passion and leadership have become hallmarks of his tenure at TeamQuest. Prior to his role of President and Chief Executive Officer, Ruble served as Vice President of Engineering. Ruble is one of the original partners who founded TeamQuest in 1991. Prior to TeamQuest, he was a department manager responsible for computer aided software engineering tools at the Unisys Clear Lake Software Development Center.

Jennifer Merfeld is the Director of Corporate Marketing at TeamQuest. With over 15 years of experience in the capacity management arena, Merfeld leads the team responsible for messaging strategy, direction, and all marketing activities for TeamQuest. She joined TeamQuest in 1993 and has held a variety of positions within the marketing department.

Ron Potter has been involved in IT for more than 30 years, working in a number of different industries including gaming, banking, IT services and healthcare. Before retiring in 2005, he worked for a large healthcare company in a capacity and performance management role. Using ITIL best practices, he helped establish a predictive capacity modeling process working closely with business, application development and infrastructure teams. His team was charged with building capacity models for all business units for their mission critical applications. Business units viewed the modeling results as critical for them in making effective decisions regarding achievement of service levels for healthcare customers. Ron currently serves as the TeamQuest best practices manager.

Adams leads TeamQuest’s product management activities. He is responsible for guiding product strategy and development of the company’s product road map. He has held various engineering and product management positions at TeamQuest since joining the company in 1993. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Adams was employed by Unisys Corporation. Adams holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics.

Pascal Wallenius is a Product Manager at TeamQuest Corporation, EMEA Division. He started his career at TeamQuest as a Sales Engineer. Previous to his roles at TeamQuest, Pascal was a Web Computing Specialist at Computing & Communications, University of Washington.

Jon Hill is a product manager at TeamQuest, and his work with the company goes back to the company’s inception in 1991. His input and direction is instrumental in the development of TeamQuest Performance Software. He is our eagle researcher, and helps keep us informed of industry trends, and is a valued member providing support to both the product management and marketing team.

Vernon is a writer for TeamQuest and a contributing writer to the TeamQuest blog. His primary responsibility involves building the company’s relationships with analysts and reporters covering IT Operations.

Rey is an Enterprise Performance Specialist at TeamQuest Software, with a specialty in IT processes around Capacity Management and IT Service Optimization (ITSO).
