Jerred Ruble - President and Chief Executive Officer

With more than 30 years of software and management experience, Ruble's passion and leadership have become hallmarks of his tenure at TeamQuest. Prior to his role of President and Chief Executive Officer, Ruble served as Vice President of Engineering. Ruble is one of the original partners who founded TeamQuest in 1991. Prior to TeamQuest, he was a department manager responsible for computer aided software engineering tools at the Unisys Clear Lake Software Development Center.


Terry Wisner - Executive Vice President/CFO

Wisner provides strategic and operational direction to line operating units of the company, and works closely with the management team to develop and implement organizational policy for the advancement of TeamQuest technology. In addition, Wisner serves as Chief Financial Officer, and is a Corporate Officer on the Board of Directors.
 
Prior to joining TeamQuest, Wisner was employed with RSM McGladry. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


Jason King - Managing Director, EMEA Operations

King leads TeamQuest EMEA operations, providing strategic and operational direction to grow market share throughout the region. King draws from his extensive, 15-year background in intercultural business to formulate and execute programs in support of the TeamQuest brand and is known for his dual ability to develop his team while growing revenues. Prior to joining TeamQuest, King was successful in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, as well as growing business partnerships. Prior positions include CEO of Lavasoft and VP of Business Development EMEA at CSOFT International.


Renee Ritter - Vice President of Sales Americas

Ritter is responsible for maximizing company revenues generated by the sales force in the Americas operation. She has held various sales positions within TeamQuest since joining the company in 1996, and holds a B.A. degree from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Ritter was employed by The Principal Financial Group.


Wyndham Sellers - Vice President of Software Production and Field Support

Sellers is responsible for managing the commercial Software Engineering, Quality Control, and Field support activities for the company. Sellers has more than 25 years experience in capacity management, software development, and IT service delivery, helping organizations meet business objectives through the appropriate use of technology. Sellers has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Sellers has held several positions with TeamQuest and he has been with the company since 1999.


Jennifer Merfeld - Director of Corporate Marketing

With more than 15 years of experience in the capacity management arena, Merfeld leads the team responsible for determining corporate marketing strategies and tactics, including those related to brand awareness, analyst relations, public relations, electronic marketing activities, demand generation, corporate events, and market research. She joined TeamQuest in 1993 and has held a variety of positions within the marketing department.


Cathy Kent - Corporate Controller

Kent is responsible for TeamQuest fiscal records and cash management activities and ensures corporate compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures. Kent joined TeamQuest in 1997 and serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the TeamQuest Foundation. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Kent managed internal operational reviews and financial audits. Previous employers include Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. and Ernst & Young. Kent is a licensed CPA and a certified internal auditor.


Kathleen Koranda, PHR - Director of Human Resources

As a member of the executive team, Koranda establishes global direction for corporate human resources operations, staffing and recruiting, EEO/workforce planning, diversity, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development. Koranda joined TeamQuest in 1999.


Edsar Calaguas - Director of Business Development

Calaguas is chartered with building and growing business relationships with partners around the globe. With 18 years of his professional career devoted to helping companies develop business strategies for accelerated growth, Calaguas has successfully implemented programs for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining TeamQuest, Calaguas was the director of global strategic solutions for Tone Software Corporation where he nurtured relationships with Fortune 500 customers.


Scott Adams - Director of Product Management

Adams leads TeamQuest's product management activities. He is responsible for guiding product strategy and development of the company's product road map. He has held various engineering and product management positions at TeamQuest since joining the company in 1993. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Adams was employed by Unisys Corporation. Adams holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics.


Jeff Schultz - Director of Pre-sales Technical Support, Americas Division

Schultz is responsible for managing the Pre-sales technical support team to ensure that sales account managers and customers have technical product advice and support during sales discussions. Schultz has more than 20 years of experience and held several positions with TeamQuest. Schultz has a Bachelor's of Science degree in MIS and he has been with the company since 1995.


Per Bauer - Director of Global Services

Bauer leads the TeamQuest Global Services team, supporting customers worldwide with training, implementation, analysis, management and strategic services that address their planning and delivery needs. Bauer also leads the pre-sales technical support team in the EMEA division, ensuring that sales account managers and customers have technical product advice and support during sales discussions.

Prior to joining TeamQuest, Bauer worked for a global ERP vendor for 10 years, holding a position as manager for worldwide QA.
