Executive Profiles

With more than 30 years of software and management experience, Ruble's passion and leadership have become hallmarks of his tenure at TeamQuest. Prior to his role of President and Chief Executive Officer, Ruble served as Vice President of Engineering. Ruble is one of the original partners who founded TeamQuest in 1991. Prior to TeamQuest, he was a department manager responsible for computer aided software engineering tools at the Unisys Clear Lake Software Development Center.

Wisner provides strategic and operational direction to line operating units of the company, and works closely with the management team to develop and implement organizational policy for the advancement of TeamQuest technology. In addition, Wisner serves as Chief Financial Officer, and is a Corporate Officer on the Board of Directors.
 
Prior to joining TeamQuest, Wisner was employed with RSM McGladry. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mitchell is responsible for product engineering and management of TeamQuest resources for product development. He has more than 30 years of experience in software development. For more than 20 years, Mitchell has held senior management positions in software development at companies including SHAZAM and ING Insurance. Prior to TeamQuest, Mitchell was employed at ITS Inc.

Stauffacher is responsible for all sales activities and strategies for the federal government sector and Latin America with teams focusing on both direct and alternate channels sales for the TeamQuest Performance Suite of products and services. Bringing more than 17 years of IT sales and marketing experience to the company, Stauffacher has held positions as the central region sales manager for Unisys Corporation as well as district sales manager support, channel support and account manager.

Stauffacher is the recipient of numerous sales and management awards and achievements from TeamQuest and his prior companies. He also holds a BS degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Utah State University.

Sandberg is responsible for TeamQuest operations in Europe, Middle East, and Africa including account and channel management, marketing, professional services and support. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications business. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Sandberg worked for Hewlett-Packard and Ericsson in senior international management positions in sales and professional services.

With more than 15 years of experience in the capacity management arena, Merfeld leads the team responsible for determining corporate marketing strategies and tactics, including those related to brand awareness, analyst relations, public relations, electronic marketing activities, demand generation, corporate events, and market research. She joined TeamQuest in 1993 and has held a variety of positions within the marketing department.

As Director of Channel Support, Joe Rich leads the company's search for key partnerships and brings 30 years of experience to the position. A charter employee of TeamQuest, Rich has worked in virtually all departments within the company. Prior to TeamQuest, he was a section manager responsible for System Administration software at Unisys Corporation.

Kent is responsible for TeamQuest fiscal records and cash management activities and ensures corporate compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures. Kent joined TeamQuest in 1997 and serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the TeamQuest Foundation. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Kent managed internal operational reviews and financial audits. Previous employers include Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. and Ernst & Young. Kent is a licensed CPA and a certified internal auditor.

As a member of the executive team, Koranda establishes global direction for corporate human resources operations, staffing and recruiting, EEO/workforce planning, diversity, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development. Koranda joined TeamQuest in 1999.

Calaguas is chartered with building and growing business relationships with partners around the globe. With 18 years of his professional career devoted to helping companies develop business strategies for accelerated growth, Calaguas has successfully implemented programs for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining TeamQuest, Calaguas was the director of global strategic solutions for Tone Software Corporation where he nurtured relationships with Fortune 500 customers.

Sellers is responsible for directing post sales technical software support and quality assurance activities. He is also in charge of directing the development and deployment of professional service offerings. In addition, Wyndham is responsible for Unisys product development and product management and serves on the TeamQuest Product Management Team. Wyndham has more than 25 years experience in capacity management, software development, and IT service delivery, helping organizations meet business objectives through the appropriate use of technology.

Ritter is responsible for maximizing company revenues generated by the commercial sales force in the Americas operation. She has held various sales positions within TeamQuest since joining the company in 1996. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Ritter was employed by The Principal Financial Group.

Adams leads TeamQuest's product management activities. He is responsible for guiding product strategy and development of the company's product road map. He has held various engineering and product management positions at TeamQuest since joining the company in 1993. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Adams was employed by Unisys Corporation. Adams holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
