Paul Hesser

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hesser brings to TeamQuest more than 25 years of management experience in the technology industry, which includes leading innovation and process improvements at IBM Global Services, successfully leading organizations focused on high availability and business intelligence solutions, and most recently leading the strategy and product delivery for a large international technology company.

Terry Wisner

Executive Vice President/CFO

Wisner provides strategic and operational direction to line operating units of the company, and works closely with the management team to develop and implement organizational policy for the advancement of TeamQuest technology. In addition, Wisner serves as Chief Financial Officer, and is a Corporate Officer on the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining TeamQuest, Wisner was employed with RSM McGladry. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

BILL ANDRUSS

CHIEF Technology OFFICER

Andruss brings more than 25 years of experience leading teams to develop new and emerging enterprise software products, which includes managing remote and cross-cultural teams working on predictive analytics and Big Data initiatives at EMC. At TeamQuest, Andruss is responsible for providing leadership, strategy, development and management of all engineering and technical support activities.

JASON KING

MANAGING DIRECTOR, EMEA OPERATIONS

King leads TeamQuest EMEA operations, providing strategic and operational direction to grow market share throughout the region. King draws from his extensive, 15-year background in intercultural business to formulate and execute programs in support of the TeamQuest brand and is known for his dual ability to develop his team while growing revenues. Prior to joining TeamQuest, King was successful in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, as well as growing business partnerships. Prior positions include CEO of Lavasoft and VP of Business Development EMEA at CSOFT International.

RENEE RITTER

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, AMERICAS

Ritter is responsible for increasing market share throughout the Americas region. She leverages more than 15 years of enterprise software sales experience to provides strategic and operational direction to the teams within the Americas operation including Account Management, Pre-Sales Technical Support, and Field Marketing. Her passion for melding customer needs with TeamQuest solutions has served as her hallmark since joining the company in 1996. Ritter holds a B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and prior to joining TeamQuest, she was employed by The Principal Financial Group.

WYNDHAM SELLERS

CHIEF ARCHITECT

Sellers is responsible for leading the architect standards, practice and governance at TeamQuest as well as resolving complex customer inquiries that require extensive engineering involvement. Sellers has more than 25 years experience in capacity management, software development, and IT service delivery, helping organizations meet business objectives through the appropriate use of technology. Sellers has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Sellers has held several positions with TeamQuest and he has been with TeamQuest since 1999.

 

JOHN MIECIELICA

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Miecielica leads TeamQuest's product management activities. He is responsible for guiding product strategy and developing the company's product road map. Prior to joining TeamQuest in 2013, he worked more than 18 years for Metavante, which later became FIS, as VP of Capacity Management. During his time at Metavante and FIS, Miecielica was a TeamQuest customer. Miecielica holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

DAVID WAGNER

DIRECTOR OF MARKET DEVELOPMENT

Joining TeamQuest in 2011, Wagner is responsible for overseeing the execution of the corporate business plan and leading the cross-company Innovation Team. With more than 30 years of experience in the performance and capacity management space, Wagner also serves as worldwide business and technology thought leader to customers, analysts and media. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Wagner held various roles at Solution Labs, BMC Software, BGS Systems, Data General, Stratus Computer and Digital Equipment Corporation.

PER BAUER

DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL SERVICES

Bauer leads the TeamQuest Global Services team, supporting customers worldwide with training, implementation, analysis, management and strategic services that address their planning and delivery needs. Bauer also leads the pre-sales technical support team in the EMEA division, ensuring that sales account managers and customers have technical product advice and support during sales discussions.

Prior to joining TeamQuest, Bauer worked for a global ERP vendor for 10 years, holding a position as manager for worldwide QA.

JENNIFER MERFELD

DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE MARKETING

With more than 20 years of experience in the capacity management arena, Merfeld leads the team responsible for determining corporate marketing strategies and tactics, including those related to brand awareness, analyst relations, public relations, electronic marketing activities, demand generation, corporate events, and market research. She joined TeamQuest in 1993 and has held a variety of positions within the marketing department.

CATHY KENT

CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Kent is responsible for TeamQuest fiscal records and cash management activities and ensures corporate compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures. Kent joined TeamQuest in 1997 and serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the TeamQuest Foundation. Prior to joining TeamQuest, Kent managed internal operational reviews and financial audits. Previous employers include Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. and Ernst & Young. Kent is a licensed CPA and a certified internal auditor.

KATHLEEN KORANDA

PHR - DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

As a member of the executive team, Koranda establishes global direction for corporate human resources operations, staffing and recruiting, EEO/workforce planning, diversity, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development. Koranda joined TeamQuest in 1999.
