Ideally the candidate would be located either in central/northern Iowa or in the Minneapolis/St. Paul vicinity. TeamQuest customers around the world rely on TeamQuest software solutions to help get the most out of their IT infrastructure and ensure the availability and reliability of enterprise systems.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the relentless advocate of quality
  • Participate in the entire testing project lifecycle from requirements to test execution
  • Build test plans with prioritized test cases that are driven by deep understanding of how the solution is built
  • Work closely with the Agile team to develop comprehensive automated test suites providing maximum test coverage in the most efficient manner
  • Report all defects in defect management tool
  • Actively communicate testing status, including schedule, risks, issues, defects, and potential impacts

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • 4 + years of related experience
  • Experience developing and implementing automated scripts and manual testing
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-UX and Solaris
  • Exposure to Agile development methodology with continuous integration and rapid deployment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills

We are seeking an experienced candidate for this business to business sales position. This individual will be required to sell TeamQuest products and professional services to new and current users within an assigned territory through both direct, face-to-face contact and significant inside contact via telephone and email.

Qualified candidates will have previous experience selling IT software based solutions with deal sizes that range from $150K - $1M+ as well as demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding a $1M- 2M quota and having achieved premium sales "club" recognition. The successful candidate will possess an ability to work with prospects to develop strong business cases coupled with solid closing skills. The successful candidate’s background will include having established and executed call plans, orchestrated account-planning sessions and effectively executed account strategies. Qualified candidates will also show a demonstrable record of maintaining a qualified pipeline of opportunities that yielded reliable and predictable quarter over quarter performance as well show the ability to easily discuss the metrics of such a pipeline in business terms. This position requires strong, proven hunting and territory development skills.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales is preferred. Typically requires a minimum of seven or more years of software product and business to business sales experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively present to a wide range of audiences. Extensive travel is required.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled engineers developing the latest capacity management software. This role demands broad experience across engineering disciplines including development of new features, QA test and automation development.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Recruit, motivate and coach software engineers with deep technical knowledge
  • Provide project and technical leadership to a group of engineers in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate with partner teams, help unblock and resolve cross team issues
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment
  • Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration and test driven development
  • Evaluate individual and team performance, provides guidance, and corrective actions as necessary
  • Responsible for the performance, quality, and functionality of delivered software
  • Adopt new processes and procedures to improve productivity
  • Research and recommend new tools for the team and incorporate those new tools into the process as required

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Recruit, motivate and coach software engineers with deep technical knowledge
  • 10+ years of work experience in software engineering
  • 5 years of software engineering management experience
  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Solid leadership and decision-making ability
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain outstanding engineering talent
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and projects to deliver working software iteratively

TeamQuest Corporation, a global leader in IT Service Optimization, is seeking a Part-time Facilities Specialist. The incumbent will typically work between 10-15 hours per week, generally afternoons with some flexibility.

The Facilities Specialist performs general maintenance and repair duties including light carpentry, painting, basic electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, arranging furniture and work stations, and other miscellaneous duties. May work with specialized outside contractors. Includes lifting and moving objects, (i.e., boxes, furniture, equipment, etc.)

The successful candidate should have a high school diploma and may have some college or trade school training or equivalent experience. Typically has three years of experience in a general maintenance capacity, grounds keeping or custodial services.

The job requires both indoor and outdoor work. May involve lifting or moving of equipment, furniture and supplies (up to 75 pounds) and working on ladders.
